    Family-friendly fun
    This movie had a lot of laughs and joy presented in a family-friendly film. I loved that Thelma was portrayed by an actor actually in her 90’s. What’s more she is doing her own “stunts”. The topic was also relevant and one many of us can relate to: being scammed! This movie was a fun way to spend an evening .

    This was actually pretty funny. Would recommend it for certain ages. I watched it with my Mom (who is in her 70s) and we both laughed at it, and found the “scammers” part relatable.

    …..AND the star was 84 when they made the movie AND she did most of her own stunt work. I loved that the real Thelma was on screen for a few mins at the end. Good job, Thelma!!!!

    HOW could this get such a high review on Rotten Tomatoes?
    Ok movie at best. I use RT as my benchmark – but the extremely high rating of this run-of-the-mill movie results in them losing credibility.ROTTEN TOMATOES: Sharpen your senses, or increase your standards! I am regularly disappointed in your positive reviews of just ok movies. Just because the movie is about people of color, elderly people, LGBTQ, of any other groups experiencing discrimination or hardships does not immediately make the move “good.” Grow a pair and please provide accurate reviews instead of cow-towing to any group you are scared of offending.

    Cute Film
    Based on a true story. Loved the actors and storyline . Probably won’t win any Oscars or other film awards but for me it was a joyful and fun movie.

    Was a waste of the rental money. I found the movie to be boring and stupid. Once spamed she could never reach the spamers. The 93 year old could never walk the distance. It was suppose to be a comedy. It wasn’t very funny. Wish I could get my money back. I feel like I was spamed. If anyone wants to see the movie – wait till it’s free.
