A Great Successor
My previous DVD player was eleven years old and didnât play Blu Ray, though it was supposed to. This one does and it does it well. It was easy to install and works great!

Good Player
This player works as you would expect.My only issue is that the DVD’s will, but Blu-Ray will not play if the RCA connectors are used. It must be HDMI for Blu-Ray. Not a big deal but this should be made clear in the description.Yes I would purchase this again.

This is a really good player! It comes with all of the necessary connection cables! I pulled it out of the box and had it connected and turned on to play a movie within 15 minutes! A young person could have done it in 5 minutes! I found the remote to be very odd! Not like any of my others. It looks like a universal remote, not made specifically for this player. There isnât even a play button! It took another 15 minutes of playing around to figure out how to start a movie!

A nice unit for the money, the remote was a bit tricky but I taught myself how to use it fully without ever opening one page in the provided manual. Plays audio cd’s perfectly an any dvd with ease it is a great reader. I like the bright digital read out on the front, easy to read, even from a distance. Highly recommended I will see how it holds up with a lot of use over time.

Does not honor 12-month warranty
Seller does not honor 12-month warranty. The remote had gone bad due to manufacturing defects. When I contacted seller about the 12-month warranty for a remote replacement the seller acted like they were going to send another but they didnât. This unit is also incompatible with universal remotes. Disappointed to say the least. Amazon is charging me a 17 restock by fee to restock a broken item for other buyers. Amazons customer service is poor and will intentionally mislead you when you utilize the 12 month warranty. The seller and Amazon are very dishonest in their polices

works really well, it was very easy with my smart tv to hook up.
when I ordered the product it was a Sony larger size dvd player, I noticed right away that it was a lonpoon?I looked at my order and it showed a Lonpoon, not a sony, I never order a brand that is not well known andnot sure how it was switched out. I feel it works good and hope that this brand I never heard of will last as long as a sony brand. I had to include this because I feel it was switched to lonpoon and was not my original choice.

Slim Player works very well. Small remote was responsive and quality of picture/audio is very good. It also has RCA audio/video plugs along w/ HDMI.

Es un pasote, lee todos mis DVD’s, Blu-Rays y CD’s sin saltos ni trompicones, que es lo que buscaba, se sincroniza gracias esos cables de colores y al hdmi perfectamente con mi Home Cinema y Televisión, y lo puedo utilizar tanto para ver pelÃculas como para escuchar mi música de una manera perfecta. Además, por primera vez, es un aparato que lee formatos complicados como Flac, y reconoce todos mis Usb y discos duros (con otros aparatos habÃa tenido problemas). El nivel de sonido y de imagen es bastante bueno, no entiendo las crÃticas de algunos usuarios, y en todo caso si buscas algo con mayor resolución, pues te gastas un pastón más y punto. Para el precio es súper funcional y práctico y va de maravilla, muy feliz con su adquisición. Ah, un detalle, el BluRay tiene volumen en el mando, lo digo por si lo pruebas y piensas que no tiene suficiente potencia, es por ese detalle, que a mà me ocurrió al principio, pero tiene un sonido fantástico y potente. Muy recomendable.

Mit diesem Gerät kann man alle seine Blue-ray und DVDs problemlos abspielen und es funktioniert auch super mit unserem relativ neuen Fernseher und dem Soundsystem zu Hause.Besondere Extras darf man hier nicht erwarten, aber die Menüführung ist einfach und intuitiv, die Fernbedienung klein und übersichtlich. Das Gerät passt aufgrund seiner geringen GröÃe in jede Nische.Man bekommt hier eindeutig genau das, was dem niedrigen Preis entspricht und das reicht in meinen Augen absolut aus.

It plays all my old DVDs, VCDs, CDs and even the latest Blu-Ray Discs with great quality and sound. Even have a media reader too.Down side is the remote is a little backward and not so friendly as standard remotes from well known brands.
