    I love both DVD. Me and a few friends. Just cuz it says seniors doesn’t make it too easy. We did sweat good with these workouts. And we are used to walking outside for exercise too. Works the whole body not just abs. I am looking for more of this dudes DVDs. I have a feeling he has played adult sports the way he describes these exercises. These are the best DVD exercises I own. And I have about 7.

    Really Fun, Easy, Low Impact, and Energizing!
    I really love this simple, easy, and fun (almost addicting) workout video. The reason for 4 stars is I wish each segment (there are 3 segments total) had 2 more minutes per segment – that would give a full 30 minutes of cardio. I don’t like seat exercises, but that’s a personal preference – I do them standing up…and I’m sure that’s because I don’t have a proper chair for the workouts. Overall, Curtis Adams is fun and I’ll consider other videos! I bought this for when the weather is bad outside and I can’t do my daily walks, and it is semi-intense, and will definitely get your heart rate up without exhausting you!

    Good workout
    I’m 73 yrs old and occasionally walks for exercise but this an video is great for me. Very low impact, but enough to make me sweat. I found it easy to keep up with the rest March between exercises. I believe this will give me the overall workout that I so desperately need without hurting myself. 👍

    Exercise video
    I liked the first video of stretching but this one moves way too fast. By the time I figure out or his arms and legs going in opposite directions are the same direction he’s onto the next exercise and it’s over. That might be OK for people who are used to have an exercise classes but I have not. I only recommend this for somebody very familiar with these exercises.

    Truly helps strengthen core muscles!
    At 79 balance and walking without cane caused me to go to a physical therapist, who explained that my core muscles were weak.
