I got this player as a gift for my 10 year old nephew. He was super excited and absolutely loves this thing. The player is the perfect size, not too heavy and seems to be good quality and sturdy enough to withstand his abuse. The picture quality is very decent. Sound is not fantastic, but is fine if you use headphones. This player seems to be working just fine and there haven’t been any glitches or issues. The best part is that it’s super versatile. The screen turns and you can basically turn it into a tablet kind of scenario or even hang it like a tv screen. You can connect it to a larger TV if you want. This thing is perfect for long road trips if you don’t have screens in the car. Overall, this was a great purchase and Very well priced too.

I was a bit hesitant at first when I opened up the package to see a flimsy black brick of a thing that weighed nearly nothing.I’ve never been happier to have been proven wrong.The picture (providing you convert files properly) is surprisingly clear for such a lightweight unit.Did I mention it’s lightweight? Seriously .. it’s a FRACTION of the weight of a laptop.The included chargers mean you can charge it anywhere (Car, Outlet, Solar, etc. You name it)The Speakers are LOUD..I mean.. LOUD-loud .. like INCREDIBLY loud .. WOW. No real “Bass”, but at full-blast, you’ll hear it ANYWHERE in your house. It’s actually incredible how deceptively booming the sound is coming out of this thing…. and possibly the biggest deal-maker of all;Support is FAST .. Same-Day fast .. within THREE HOURS – fast.Had a question. Got an answer almost immediately.I can’t even get my BANK on the phone in a timely manner, and yet here’s a company halfway around the world who snaps to attention and INSTANTLY addresses your issues.That’s HUGE. Major Kudo’s to MyDash for that!Happy to say this is the one “luxury” item in my Bug-Out kit, and with an arsenal of SD-cards with classic tv-shows .. Portable DVD player
I like the large screen size.Dislike that you have to take it out of the headrest case ( while use in the car) to replace or take out the DVD.Headrest holder are no good.When in use the DVD sags downwards so the precut holes doesn’t match with the buttons.Had to adjust it every time to push any of the feature buttons.Customer service are great.Too bad product not as good as Customer service.Lastly sometimes when you first turn it on, nothing came on the screen.Had to turn it off then on again.

*UPDATE** This company is amazing… My DVD player stopped working I contacted the company and they were nice enough to send out a new at no charge… I am so thankful for them.. that I did not have to purchase a new one 🙂 THANK YOU THANK YOU MYDASH YOU ROCK!!!!********************************************************************************************************I purchased my dash DVD player and it played good and then it got lines in it about 2 weeks ago I contacted my dash company and they immediately started working with me. Very easily to work with the the DVD player itself was awesome it played great and it just got lines in it so like I said that the company is still working with me and making every effort to make it correct I would recommend this company with the DVD player to anyone.

NO customer service!
I purchased this DVD player 4 months ago. Only used it about 10 times. When I tried to charge the battery 4 days ago, it would not charge, even though I followed the instructions to charge it once a month to avoid battery failure. I sent 3 emails to their so called customer service, explaining the issue, asking how long the warranty was, and asking for their help. I have not received an answer to my emails, even after informing them in my third email that I would be posting my results and telling them that I would post it a ZERO if that were possible, if I did not hear from them within 24 hours. Still no response. The first red flag should have gone up when there was no warranty info listed either on Amazon or even their own website. The second red flag should have been when I saw that this model wasn’t even listed on their website for warranty registration. Had to contact customer service questioning this and did receive an email stating they registered my DVD player for its warranty. Don’t know if that was actually true. Based on the battery only lasting 4 months, and not receiving a response to my emails from them, I would advise anyone looking at this, or ANY electronics from this company to look elsewhere.UPDATE 08-19-24: I finally received a reply from customer service. In it they requested proof of my order, name, address, etc. and said they would send me a brand new product. If that actually happens, I’ll do another update.UPDATE 10-02-24: I neglected to update after hearing from their customer service. Shortly after I posted the above review, their customer service contacted me and informed me they would issue a full refund, which they did.Then on 09-25-24, to my surprise they reached out again and profusely apologized. They said they had “inventoried” their emails and did not receive any of my emails. They also offered to to send me a new DVD player, free of charge. I sent a response, saying that they had already issued a refunded. The next day they sent another message stating that they wanted to send me the DVD player as compensation for the stress and inconvenience I had experienced. I agreed, and received the new DVD player the next morning. The company’s customer service really came through.
