Decent kids movie
With movies, I always wonder whether I’m expected to review the quality of the disk or do a review of the movie itself. As far as the blu ray disk goes, everything has been good. No problems with the picture quality or the sound. One thing I found odd is that I can only purchase the disk for Dog man in DVD and HD formats; it is not available in 4K, which is my preference. When I entered the digital code and then streamed it, I had the option to upgrade to a 4K of the digital. IMO, 4K is more relevant for the hard copy than the digital since the latter is compressed. Having the 4K in disk format is a step up from streaming it.As far as the movie itself goes, I thought it was so so. I got a few laughs out of it, but the plot was very basic. IMO, I think it targets an audience that is gung-ho about the Dog Man books.

A Must-Have Movie for Dog Man Fans!
We watched ‘Dog Man’ at the cinema and absolutely loved it so much that we pre-ordered the Blu-ray! Although it hasn’t been released yet, I know it’ll be the perfect surprise for my daughter, who’s a huge Dog Man fan.
