Awesome!!! Love it!!!
I purchased this dvd player for my 8 month old twin boys for our family vacation to Orlando. I love the fact that the player came with its own protective holder. It definitely made it easy when hooking it up on the seat. I love that it can run off of the battery for a few hours without being plugged up. Also, the remote came in handy for my husband and I for playing the boys movies especially when the older kids were sleeping. Definitely a good purchase. I highly recommend.

Spend more and get something that will last.
I was impressed with this at first but after only two weeks it stopped working in the vertical position in the headrest mount. It will just black screen if you tip it. It also skips while going down our dirt road. After three weeks it stopped playing certain DVDs. Now it’s been 2 months and it will skip, freeze, or just black screen on almost every disk.Update: The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. Great customer service though a little pushy on getting the review changed. I’ve tested the replacement for about a month now and so far no issues at all. I seem to have just gotten unlucky with my first purchase. It’s a great little DVD player with some nice features. I’d recommend giving it a chance and if you have an issue rest assure the company will work with you. If anything changes with mine I’ll update again.

Bought 2 of these – 1 for each grandchild when I bought a new car as my old car had a built in dvd player. They work perfectly and come with everything you need. Grandkids are so excited they can each watch their own show and have their own remotes!! Great affordable portable dvd player!

UPDATE!!I guess the person that sells these, read my reveiw. I was offered a refund and took it. For that my opinion went up 3fold. And on top of that I was wished a good day. !!!I got this player today. I familiarized myself on how it works then I used it. 1st off I noticed the Mickey mouse car charger. I had a charger like this and used it one time before it fell apart. This charger is just like that one. Plastic piece of crap. 2nd thing I noticed is the volume. It does not go up very loud. I got this for my plane trip. I do not think it will work, the plane engine is loud and this will not go up past lvl 20. So volume is a real problem. One positive feature is screen size, I do like that. As far as overall, I think I may return this player. I have until August to do so. I will take it on my vacation. If it performs for me and I can listen to music on the plane, then I will revise this. If not then know I did return it. I think this could be a lot better product for what it cost. Another thing is the battery is not replaceable. It is internal. It is rechargeable but not replaceable. I do not like this either. I love the color purple and the color is fine. It will match everything I’m bringing. The cons of this item outweighs the pros. In my opinin. The controls are easy to use. I did not use the remote yet but the controls on the player are easy to use.

This portable DVD player is great for workout videos
I bought this to be able to do exercise workout videos (Insanity) in my basement or outside and so far it has performed very well. It has been great to bring it out on the patio on nice days and work out in the fresh air, and I don’t have to plug it in. The only minor shortcoming is that the sound isn’t very loud, and of course the screen is small for viewing from ten feed away while I jump around, but it is sufficient to know what move to do next, which is really all I need.It is very light and fairly small, so I was able to pack it for business trips to do workouts in the hotel room before starting the day.My only complaint is that the remote really needs to be pointed directly at the sensor to register, but that isn’t a big deal. Battery life seems good enough. I charge it every 3-4 hours and have never run out. Overall I am very happy I ordered this and given me the ability get out of my living room for workouts.

Works flawlessly. Minus half a star because the sound is not quite loud enough. And minus a half star because the seller refuses to honour the ‘Free Headphones’ coupon in the package.We use ours in the kitchen. Pictured is the player on a custom wood counter stand with mounted Logitech speaker plugged into the player’s 3.5mm headphone jack. That external speaker is plenty loud enough for the intended use.We don’t use it on battery power so can’t comment on that. It would be nice if the infrared remote receiver was on both the front and back of the unit because as seen in the photo we use ours with the screen turned 180 degrees to the back. For us its awkward to reach around and use the buttons and the remote won’t work at all with the way we’ve oriented the unit.I guess I have lots of quibbles but this is the third brand we’ve tried and the first that actually plays all DVDs consistently.
