    Good product at good price
These disks are Verbatim, a name brand, and injet printable, which is just what I needed. I would buy them again.

    Works great!
These are blank DVDs. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, no problems whatsoever. Bonus points for quick delivery and nice price.

This is an upteenth purchase for me. Very consistent and reliable.
Depending upon what they ship the item in, if the disk-cake container is cracked, I return it, since I had cut myself in the past when retaining the item in it’s broken case. Envelopes are the worst and boxed items are the best.

    scratched & still working…
A great product that burned well, and hopefully will keep well, but only time will tell. I printed on these with my Epson R260 printer, a 6 color Claria Hi-def ink system, and was impressed with the results. I was skeptical that the ink would hold-up on this non-paper surface, but it dried quickly, looked sharp [depending on your image & adjustments] and is now fairly scratch resistant. Doing some fingernail scratch testing [from recently trimmed nails], the color held-up well to normal pressure, only seeing evidence of those scrapes in certain angles in the light. Only under heavy pressure where I had to ‘dig-in’, did the color layer push off, but left the primary support of the white layer intact. The white support layer indented somewhat under further heavy scratching, and did not give way easily. It was only in this weakened area that I could finally get down to the plastic with further pressure. The same pressure on the white layer in areas that were not weakened by previous scratching did not scratch off to the plastic. My fingernails didn’t have an affect on the data side of the DVD. Though scratching the data side on some surfaces, resulted in small ‘wear’ scratches as CDs and DVDs do, but it didn’t affect the way my computer read the data.Overall the DVD construction seems to be durable against normal handling and some mishandling and I hope the DataLifePlus will continue to do it’s job in the future.

Great Product but Poor Amazon Shipping
I ordered two different types of blank DVD media, and Amazon shipped them both in the same too-large box with inadequate padding. The result is this photo — a dozen of the blank discs scratched when they came out inside the box during shipping. A bit sloppy. Otherwise, the product is good.

I have a Canon printer that can print on DVD’s. These work perfectly. I have not had any bad recordings so far.

Compré estos dvd para hacer algunos respaldos de información y grabar video en ellos y funcionaron correctamente. Ya estos medios de almacenamiento son cada vez menos populares debido a que todos usan memorias o discos duros, aun así te pueden servir de vez en cuando

Here’s my experience with burning 4 of these discs:Hardware & Software used:LG Slim Portable DVD Writer external USB 2HP 14Q laptop with 8 GM RAM & NVMe M.2 SSDIntel Core i3-7020u4 discs burnt using ImgBurn on Windows 10 x64Write/Read Speeds:Data burnt: About 4GB in 3 filesWrite speed:8x set automatically by ImgBurn3.6x to 7x reported by ImgBurn4 GB files burnt in 10 minutesRead speed of burnt discs:4MB/s to 8MB/s in copying 4GB from disc to SSD over USB 24x to 6x in verification by ImgBurnThe upper surface has a paper like layer (but not paper, I think) with a ‘matte’ feel. I don’t have a disc printer, so have no clue how well it prints. But OHP marker pen writes fine on it.Manufacturer:According to DigitalFAQ website, a real DVD under the branding label is what mattters. DVD Identifier reported this as MCC 03RG20 manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Corp., which is rated as “1st Class Blank DVD Media/Archival Grade Discs” by DigitalFAQ and are pretty well spoken of at other websites too. On the downside, according to DigitalFAQ, MCC 03RG20 discs are manudfactured in Sheng Wang, other small Chinese and Taiwanese factories 🙁 According to the spindle label, its manufactured by Verbatim (Honkong) Ltd., Singapore branch, but that’s the beauty of company law for you, with layers upon layers of corporate veils, before you find the real owner! How good it is for archival, is something only time will tell, but it’s been a great disc so far in burning and reading, made by the ‘them’; your call!
